酒譜: 烏龍茶, 芒果& 橘子vodka Infusion

INGREDIENTS:
4-5 tbsp Oolong tea per liter of Spring vodka
1 r 2 oranges peeled
4-5湯匙烏龍茶
一個芒果切碎或二個橘子去皮

DIRECTIONS:
Using a tea bag or cheesecloth, add tea to the infusion jar or straight into bottle.
用茶葉袋或紗布,加入茶或直接倒進瓶中

Add mango or thinly peeled orange rind, avoiding the bitter white pith layer.
加入芒果或去皮的橘子,避免橘子白色果層,以免有苦味

Let infuse 2 days, stirring and/or shaking at least once a day to ensure the infusion is well mixed.

If desired, adjust to your preferred sweetness by adding more mangos each day.
